  • The primary educational objective is to equip Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders with the strategic frameworks and operational blueprints to transform global markets into a primary engine for sustainable growth and competitive advantage. The program is broken down into three key modules: Module 1: Establish the importance of international expansion at the C-level, framing it as a core corporate strategy, and teaching how to build a compelling business case for global growth. Module 2: Provide practical tools for building a scalable operational model for international expansion, covering legal, financial, and compliance frameworks, as well as how to build a globally aligned team with specific personality traits. Module 3: Focus on the practical execution of the international expansion strategy, including the launch process, how to measure success, and how to create continuous feedback loops for long-term growth. Upon completion, participants will be able to master the strategic frameworks, leadership acumen, and operational blueprints for international expansion

Modalité d'obtention
  • To obtain the "MASTERING INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION" certification, participants are required to: Have completed the three trainings in the bundle (INTRODUCTION TO INTERNATIONAL SALES FOR GTM PRACTITIONER, INTRODUCTION TO INTERNATIONAL SALES FOR GTM LEADER, and MASTER INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION). Pass a final quiz for each of the three trainings with a minimum score of 80%. The training aims to build a resilient and adaptive global GTM machine that can thrive amid evolving market dynamics. Pre- and post-learning assessments are also designed to measure the impact of the training on a participant's understanding and confidence
